      Perform data discovery and requirements of new data ingestions, conduct in depth analysis for source to target mapping, develop data dictionaries, and perform data testing and validation.
      • Gathers and documents data requirements and reporting needs.
      • Communicates effectively through various channels (meetings, chat, email, in-person)
      • Works effectively with business SMEs and facilitates conversations efficiently
      • Manages their time effectively with the ability to proactively seek prioritization of work
      • Initiates and facilitates conversations based on needs and next steps to meet deliverables
      • Knowledge of Mortgage Industry, Single Family and Multi-Family preferred
      • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
      • SQL Intermediate to advanced knowledge
      • SQL Server Data Management Studios (navigation, read/write/execute queries)
      • SQL Server Reporting Services (navigate reports as read-only)
      • Microsoft PowerBI (navigate and filter reports as read only)
      • Intermediate data profiling and data analysis (data quality, data reconciliation, data distribution)
      • Intermediate business requirements gathering and documentation with the ability to work with the technical team to translate business requirements to technical requirements
      • Intermediate testing data validation, test execution, regression testing
      • Minimum 5 years of data analysis, requirements definition, and data warehouse build experience
      • Minimum 5 years hands on working experience with intermediate to advanced level SQL
      • Minimum 3 years of working knowledge of basic PowerBI and SSRS reporting tools
      • Minimum 5 years experience performing data validation and testing
