- Generate, publish and maintain an accurate Master Schedule, with weekly updates, showing the tasks and resources required to deliver on time, per requirements and milestones.
- Develop and maintain linkages, dependencies and inter-dependencies with related projects.
- Ensure internal and external dependencies are documented and tracked for risk management.
- Identify major milestones, decision points, project life cycle, and other project events.
- Identify critical path and task dependencies.
- Maintain the baseline schedule and track all changes to the baselined schedule on a weekly basis.
- Perform 'what if' scenarios with the schedule.
- Develop schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures and ensure they are followed during the development and maintenance of schedules.
- Perform schedule estimating through elicitation of team members and other stakeholders to capture estimations of new work, updated actuals and remaining work.
- Champion and support continuous Risk Mitigation and Issue Management through schedule analysis.
- Generate schedule reports based on planned vs actual work.
- Duties and responsibilities may change based on business needs.
- Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of four years in project or program management.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in a complex project or program environment.
- Experience working with baseline change control processes and schedule configuration management.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project scheduling tools.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) principles, methodologies, and industry best practices, including PASEG standards.
- Ability to facilitate planning discussions and work closely with stakeholders to define project activities, resource requirements, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule analysis, and dependency management.
- Ability to perform schedule forecasting, scenario planning, and "what-if" analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present schedule information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independence and initiative while partnering collaboratively to achieve shared team objectives.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS Scheduler) to join its collaborative team. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Software, this role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support successful program execution and achievement of project objectives. This role will partner closely with program managers, functional leads, subcontractors, and support staff to ensure schedules align with program scope, technical requirements, resource plans, and budget expectations.
The role also provides schedule analysis and reporting to program leadership, supports planning and resource management activities, and contributes to the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. In addition, the IMS Scheduler may provide guidance and coordination to project support personnel while fostering collaboration across teams.
This fully remote role is expected to last one year, with the potential for extension and a possible transition from full-time to part-time during the assignment based on business needs.
Candidates hired for the position may work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of the client's U.S. office locations. This does not include U.S. territories.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include monitoring schedule performance, identifying risks and critical path impacts, supporting program reviews, and ensuring compliance with organizational and customer scheduling requirements.
