What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and execution of RFPs, pitches, and client presentations
- Provide day-to-day support for practice groups, including sponsorships and client outreach
- Support planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Maintain and update marketing collateral to ensure consistency with brand standards
- Help maintain the firm’s experience database and practice-specific deal lists
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant coursework or internships in marketing, communications, or business a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, or proposals, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with marketing databases such as InterAction
- Familiarity with business development and proposal processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional work
