      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own net-new revenue growth across tourism, consumer services, and tech sectors from initial outreach to signed SOW
      - Set clear team goals and KPIs aligned with pipeline and revenue targets
      - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using outbound, networking, and inbound strategies
      - Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align sales and marketing efforts, creating sales enablement assets
      - Lead strategic conversations with C-level and senior marketing decision-makers to uncover business needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles within a digital, media, or integrated agency
      - Proven track record of opening new accounts and closing multi-channel engagements
      - Experience winning competitive RFPs with strong storytelling and presentation skills
      - Leadership experience managing new business teams and collaborating with marketing resources
      - Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing and its impact on business outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in solutioning with cross-functional teams, with the ability to translate prospect needs into program recommendations
      - Discipline in pipeline management, follow-through, and documentation
