Are you passionate about shaping the future of high-volume manufacturing? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation, digitalization, and operational excellence go hand in hand?

If so, you might be the Business Development Partner we’re looking for to help drive the strategic development of our Assembly department in Final Product Manufacturing Science and Technology (FPMSAT).

      The Position
As Business Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in executing and evolving the Assembly department’s strategy. You will ensure we are equipped to meet Novo Nordisk’s global expansion goals by strengthening our governance, enabling innovation, and supporting the development of robust, scalable production processes.

You will work closely with the department’s management team on strategic initiatives and collaborate on a daily basis with the department’s PA to ensure smooth coordination, communication, and follow-up across key activities.

You report directly to the VP of the Assembly department and be a member of the management team.

      Your main responsibilities will include:

      • Driving the execution of the Assembly strategy in close collaboration with the department management team
      • Planning and facilitating the annual strategy and communication process, ensuring alignment with FPMSAT strategic priorities
      • Supporting and challenging the organizational and operational structures of our department to ensure the continuous development of the area
      • Contributing to onboarding and capability development to ensure teams are empowered and roles are clearly defined
      • Planning and executing management offsites in collaboration with the Vice President and Personal Assistant
      • Facilitating workshops across the organization and suppliers

      Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe you to bring:

      • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
      • Proven experience in business development, strategic execution, or senior management support—ideally in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment
      • Strong change management and innovation capabilities (e.g. agile, design thinking)
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and geographies
      • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

On a personal level, you bring structure and pragmatism to your work, and you deeply value collaboration. You understand how to turn strategy into action and are motivated by enabling others to succeed. You value diverse perspectives and foster collaboration to co-create sustainable solutions.
