What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and qualify prospects and leads through proactive outreach
- Conduct outbound outreach to target ideal customer profiles (ICP)
- Maintain accurate daily updates in the Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Make daily warm and cold calls to potential clients and set sales-qualified appointments for Account Executives
- Tailor and craft emails to engage potential clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) role
- 1+ years of experience preferred working with HubSpot
- Experience with social tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Professional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with Owners, Marketing Directors, and C-suite executives
- Proven record as a top performer in a sales-oriented role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agency experience preferred
- Ability to listen, think quickly, and respond effectively to potential clients
- Desire to learn online marketing and grow in the field
- Computer proficiency is essential
