- Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market. Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
- Market Engagement: Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
- Territory Ownership: Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
- Drive profitability through competitive pricing, lease negotiations, and securing new business.
- Generate leads through local marketing, relationship-building, and consultative sales strategies to exceed goals.
- Respond quickly to a high volume of time-sensitive requests, ensuring client satisfaction and winning business.
- Act as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and property partners, ensuring seamless lease agreements.
- Achieve top-tier guest satisfaction—our average satisfaction score exceeds 95%.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.

- You bring 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can tailor your message to resonate with a wide range of stakeholders
- You think strategically, solve problems creatively, and approach every challenge with a solutions-first mindset
- You’re confident prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision
- You collaborate well with others and contribute positively to team culture
- You’re comfortable using CRM tools and data to inform your approach and track performance
- You have a reliable form of transportation and are open to daily travel within your territory (mileage reimbursed)
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Experience in hospitality or corporate housing is a plus, but passion, drive, and curiosity are what truly set you apart

- Competitive Base Salary & Uncapped Commissions
- $55,300- $61,400 Base Salary
- On target monthly commissions based on book of business and market conditions after ramp up
