      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead capture strategy and develop tailored technical approaches for federal opportunities
      - Forge relationships with key stakeholders in federal agencies, including HHS, CMS, FDA, NIH, and CDC
      - Translate program needs into compelling proposals and win themes
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective proposal development
      - Drive business development efforts to grow the federal portfolio

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, capture, or federal proposal development, with at least 3 years in the HHS space
      - Proven experience leading capture on $5M+ prime or subcontracts within relevant federal agencies
      - Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes and contracting vehicles
      - Excellent interpersonal skills for client engagement and partner negotiations
      - Strong writing and communication skills for proposal contributions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in public health, regulatory science, behavioral health, or health IT
      - Existing network of relationships within one or more HHS Operating Divisions
      - Experience in a consultancy or cross-functional environment with agile teams
      - Knowledge of 508 compliance and proposal management systems
      - Familiarity with IDIQ task order strategy
