What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Ideal Client Profiles by defining target industries, company size, and key decision-makers
- Vet conference attendee lists to identify high-value targets and potential referral channels
- Coordinate outreach efforts with firm attendees and their clients to build relationships
- Capture opportunities to create a sales pipeline for specific services
- Maintain data quality in CRM software to ensure accurate client interactions and manage leads

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or DealCloud
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience at a professional services firm
- Familiarity with Affordable Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and other related areas
- Knowledge of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI)
