      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive growth by signing new franchisees and managing prospective leads
      - Present to business partners and attend trade shows to promote the employer
      - Maintain and grow relationships with existing network shops
      - Coordinate the vetting process for new ProColor Collision locations
      - Set expectations for new owners and develop a roadmap for their first year

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
      - Proven experience and success in business development
      - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
      - Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
