What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive growth by securing new franchisees and managing prospective leads
- Present to business partners and attend trade shows to represent the employer
- Maintain relationships with existing network shops to support their growth
- Coordinate the vetting process for new franchise locations and manage branding efforts
- Communicate potential opportunities to the internal team as they arise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Proven experience and success in business development
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
