What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build trust and connect with healthcare communities to facilitate behavioral health treatment placements
- Research and identify new professional prospects and business opportunities to increase patient admissions
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales objectives for the designated territory
- Manage the communication process from initial contact to care coordination with treatment teams
- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with clients and colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in consultative sales in behavioral healthcare, substance abuse, or a related field
- Self-motivation, organization, and a passion to help others
- Proven history of success in sales, with a highly energetic and focused sales personality
- Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and CRM records management
- Willingness to travel locally 75% of the time, with occasional overnight travel out of state
