What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and identify new sales opportunities
- Transfer interested clients to licensed insurance advisors
- Schedule client appointments and update customer profiles
- Respond to inbound messages and maintain timely communication
- Support clients in taking steps to secure their financial future
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
