  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with volleyball clubs, coaches, and organizations
  - Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and text messages to build relationships and generate leads
  - Maintain and manage client relationships using CRM tools and Excel-based tracking systems
  - Collaborate with adidas Volleyball on brand activations, events, and product knowledge
  - Plan and assist in executing on-site events and promotional activations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  - Willingness to make high-volume outreach via calls, texts, and emails
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  - Availability to travel occasionally for events and activations
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in or connection to the volleyball community is a strong plus
  - Outgoing and personable, with the ability to quickly build rapport
  - Passionate about volleyball and connecting with athletes and coaches
  - Organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing communications and data
