What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary internal contact for global work visa matters, partnering with external vendors for visa assessments
- Support U.S. employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM, I-140, and I-485 processes
- Coordinate visa documentation across employees, HR teams, and external immigration counsel
- Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to immigration status and work authorization
- Maintain accurate immigration records and track visa expirations while developing internal immigration workflows and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience focused on U.S. employment-based immigration processes and policies
- Minimum of 3 years supporting immigration matters across at least three regions or countries, such as the UK, Netherlands, and Germany
- Proven experience supporting large-scale immigration programs
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with immigration case management software preferred

- Experience with immigration processes in countries such as Czech Republic, Malaysia, Singapore, or UAE
- Demonstrated attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and apply strong problem-solving skills
