      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a thorough understanding of the employer's processes from project initiation to completion
      - Collaborate with central services such as Finance, HR, and IT to support team members' needs
      - Assist the Business Operations Manager with forecasting and budgeting efforts
      - Participate in inter-departmental initiatives and process improvement plans
      - Act as a liaison for manufacturing and service vendor partners to facilitate project-related communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and three years of related experience or training
      - Strong business acumen and excellent organizational skills
      - Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate concepts for different audiences
      - Resourcefulness and ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
      - Self-starter with a proactive approach to anticipating needs

      - Experience in developing and documenting processes and training employees
      - Aptitude for mapping out organizational systems and establishing strategic processes
