      As the Business Partner Integration Manager, you will manage the succesful delivery of co-created marketing programmes with TOP partners and the fulfilment of digital and marketing related contractual commitments, working to develop relationships that deliver continued value for TOPs and the IOC. You will also manage the integration of commercial partnre programmes and activations in alignment with Olympic brand strategy and growth ambitions, in partnership with DE&M, OCS and otehr IOC stakeholders where relevant.

      Main responsibilities

      Function Management

      • Responsibility for managing a select number of TOP partner programmes, for building strong relationships, developing a deep understanding of the strategic goals for their Olympic partnership and how their digital rights will add value.
      • Ensure successful day to day relationship management
      • Own and lead the delivery of programmes and activations that fulfil a TOP Partner’s contractual digital rights
      • Identify ways to create value from Olympic digital assets and platforms that add value to TOP partners.
      • Act as the TOP’s voice and representative within DE&M and OCS
      • Plan, build and manage timely marketing programmes with our TOP Partners, fulfilling contractual commitments and mutually agreed goals, drawing on relevant marketing expertise from across the DE&M department and wider IOC organization.
      • Ensure clear understanding of Digital Engagement & Marketing goals and TOP Partner business objectives, to identify opportunities and activities with commercial partners.
      • Play an active role in growing the Olympic brand and contribute to the IOC’s direct-to-people business strategy by delivering audience growth and engagement, in collaboration with our TOP Partners.
      • Contribute to strategy and plans that articulate how commercial partnerships will support department and organisational growth, as well as long term value for TOP Partners.
      • Track and report on budget allocation for all co-created activities or other relevant programmes
      • Develop and demonstrate deep understanding of Olympic audiences, using data-driven insights and trends to inform and drive the co-creation process with our partners.
      • Establish close collaboration and strong working relationships with commercial partners and relevant agencies; educating and informing them of DE&M plans to drive interest in collaborating on key initiatives
      • Sync regularly and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement and drive results.
      • Ensure close alignment with respective IOC Television / Marketing Services Partnership Managers.
      • Manage other tasks and projects as requested
      • Support the integration of licensing activity (E-Commerce and Licensees) in the IOC’s digital engagement plans.

      Measurement & Reporting

      • Provide regular reports on project scope, updates, and gaps to ensure successful execution and alignment with DE&M messaging, goals and priorities.
      • Set clear metrics and deliver performance reporting for TOP Partner programmes, demonstrating how they meet mutually agreed objectives
      • Work with Business Intelligence and Digital Data & Analytics teams to develop and maintain regular tracking and reporting on performance and contractual deliverables
      • Support regular leadership updates on TOP delivery

      Key Operating Relationships

      • Build close working relationships where there are daily interdependencies:
      • DE&M: Brand, Business Intelligence, Direct Marketing, Engagement Marketing, Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Social Media, PR
      • TMS: Business Development, Partnership Management, Rights Activation Management, Marketing and Media Legal Counsel
      • OCS: Editorial, Commissioning, Digital Data & Analytics, Product, Advertising Operations
      • Other IOC departments: Marketing Communications, Legal Affairs, Finance

      Our requirements

      • Undergraduate degree in marketing, digital, sports business or a related field
      • Significant experience as an account manager or proven client relationship experience within a marketing or media agency or for a digital publisher, servicing leading global brands
      • Strong project management skills
      • Experience building a collaborative and creative group of internal stakeholders, agencies and clients to generate high level ideas and deliver best-in-class activations
      • Experience of the modern marketing landscape, as well as partnerships
      • Excellent relationship management and client servicing skills
      • Comfortable working in an environment that is changing as it is growing, with the ability to wear multiple hats
      • Excellent presentational skills, as well as the ability to create compelling reports and presentations
      • English fluency both spoken and written, French and/or other language an asset
      • Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and of corporate tools
      • Comfortable working in matrix structures, optimising working processes in a highly cross-functional environment and collaborating across countries
      • Clear-thinking, commercially-minded and articulate with a creative mindset, focus on detail and strategic acumen
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in in relation to digital marketing, advertising, content strategy and technologies
      • A desire to deliver best in class activations
      • Ability to work and to establish very good relations with all levels of the organization
      • Great sense of detail and analysis with solid ability to examine, comprehend and summarise broad and complex situations
