What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize, direct, and oversee the activities of the Community Impact Call Center and its staff
- Provide technical assistance and support to call center agents, including handling escalated cases
- Maintain updated knowledge of program eligibility guidelines and resources to ensure accurate information delivery
- Prepare and analyze reports for client use, ensuring timely and accurate insights
- Conduct outbound outreach to families and individuals to resolve inquiries or concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate various technology platforms
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals
- Commitment to the mission of supporting disadvantaged communities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience with compliance monitoring and program evaluation
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning or similar database programs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Knowledge of social services and community resources
