What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage one or more client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met
- Provide administrative support to Group Sales Directors and Account Managers as needed
- Communicate and manage multiple projects effectively, setting clear expectations for deliverables
- Identify and address inefficiencies in business processes, providing recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve independently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the media or retail promotions industry
- Ability to effectively present information to large and small groups
- High service level orientation and attention to detail
