What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage one or more client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met effectively
- Provide day-to-day client relationship management and administrative support to sales leadership
- Communicate project timelines and manage multiple projects to completion
- Evaluate business processes for inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of relevant business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous media or retail promotions industry experience
- High service level orientation with outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure
- Experience presenting information to both large and small groups
- Willingness to travel as needed to support clients
