      Job Overview:

      The Campus Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and customer service standards of the campus store. This role ensures that the store provides students, faculty, and staff with essential course materials, supplies, merchandise, apparel and other resources. In addition, the store manager will be responsible for numerous “pop-up” stores throughout the year.

      Work-Related Knowledge:

      • Knowledge of general retail operations
      • Knowledge of textbook adoption processes and digital course materials.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency in marketing, merchandising, and social media engagement.
      • General knowledge of apparel and merchandise decoration

      Education:

      • Associate Degree from an accredited institution.

      Experience:

      • Experience at a university or campus bookstore setting.

      (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered.)
