What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate all car dealer plans and activities within the assigned territory
- Engage and cultivate relationships with OEM partners and distributor car dealer sales teams
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Communicate Continental sales opportunities and coordinate sales efforts at a dealership level
- Manage territory boundaries and ensure optimal resource allocation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of tire industry sales experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Legal authorization to work in the US
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of tire industry sales experience
- Experience with car dealers
