What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist candidates with various career transition needs, including skill assessment and career goal identification
- Guide candidates in resume and LinkedIn profile development, interview preparation, and job assimilation
- Engage and motivate candidates to utilize available resources and technology tools for job searching
- Provide coaching for interview techniques and salary negotiations
- Manage time and priorities related to individual program deliverables and participate in training and events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Career Consulting or related fields such as human resources or management consulting
- Business/industry experience across diverse sectors, including IT, healthcare, and financial services
- Strong expertise in the job market and understanding of talent acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in various technology tools and resources including Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree preferred
