      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries during the application process
      - Respond to calls and emails from clients, advocates, and families, ensuring timely communication
      - Review documentation to determine program eligibility and update annual assessments
      - Coordinate and link clients with community resources to meet their needs while on the waiting list
      - Attend community events and participate in presentations to promote awareness and resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for empowering people with disabilities
      - Excellent listening skills and a proactive attitude
      - Ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
      - Knowledge of community resources for people with disabilities and how to access them
      - Valid Driver License, as travel is required for this position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
      - Current State of Utah employee with the Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD)
      - Certification as a QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional)
      - Knowledge of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)
