What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Assistant Director of Curriculum and Instruction by managing systems related to Online Dual Enrollment courses
- Assist in processing dual credit applications and verify all necessary documents and materials
- Utilize various application systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office, to assist with administrative tasks
- Participate in team efforts to meet academic goals and objectives each year
- Attend monthly team meetings and regular check-ins with your supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and acceptance into one of the employer's graduate programs
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, Adobe Pro, and Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an academic or administrative role within higher education
- Familiarity with dual enrollment processes or similar educational programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor
- Experience in a team-oriented environment
