      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Service incoming calls and emails from business customers inquiring about products and services
      - Build and maintain relationships with current customers to encourage service renewals and growth
      - Make outbound calls to improve customer relationships and address concerns
      - Develop and deliver professional sales presentations to stakeholders in multi-dwelling unit properties
      - Utilize CRM systems for sales process management, including tracking customer interactions and forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - At least 1 year of previous sales or relevant customer service experience in a call center environment
      - Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas or goals
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Experience with Microsoft Dynamic or similar CRM platforms

      - BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration
      - Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
      - Enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach to work
