What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within a specific territory or scope
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, particularly at the CXO level
- Create and execute tailored Business Development plans for targeted opportunities
- Ensure effective qualification of opportunities to optimize resource allocation
- Lead internal teams to demonstrate Atos' capabilities and solutions in addressing client challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT services or digital transformation sector
- Strong understanding of competitive environments and ability to develop effective strategies
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to articulate customer objectives and challenges, aligning solutions accordingly
- Skills in motivating and inspiring teams to achieve success
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with complex stakeholder maps and large strategic business opportunities
- Familiarity with GSS best practices such as Price 2 Win and Deal Health Check
- Previous participation in innovative sales excellence initiatives
