      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide operational and project support to the Children's Hospital Association Team
      - Collect and analyze data for donor reports, presentations, and marketing materials
      - Support fundraising and engagement activities for key donors with high-touch hospitality
      - Work independently to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
      - Utilize CRM and donor databases to enhance donor stewardship and development efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, direct mail marketing, donor stewardship, or volunteer management
      - 2-3 years of experience in nonprofit development, volunteer management, or communication
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM and/or donor database management
      - Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills
      - Experience or education in Marketing or Communications
      - Ability to work both as a team player and independently
      - Commitment to the organization's mission
