What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retrieve and upload medical records at local healthcare facilities using employer-provided equipment
- Maintain communication with the regional support team to ensure efficient operations
- Drive between sites to complete chart retrievals, with paid driving time included
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered during the retrieval process
- Adhere to scheduled appointments and maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Must live within 30 miles of the Rochester, NY metro area
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to scan, save, and upload documents
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow directions
- Valid driver's license in good standing and access to a personal, insured vehicle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a field-based role or similar technical environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards learning new processes
- Ability to lift and maneuver medical equipment as required
- Availability to work at least three consecutive days per week between 8 am - 5 pm
