What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage promptly with incoming chat inquiries from prospective clients
- Utilize templated responses and structured scripts to maintain brand consistency
- Qualify prospects based on pre-defined criteria and schedule appointments for eligible leads
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while documenting interactions accurately
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless transitions for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in account executive, inside sales, or lead generation roles
- Proven track record in sales and account management, consistently meeting sales revenue quotas
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while managing multiple conversations in real time
- Punctuality and readiness to work at the start of scheduled shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous remote work experience and familiarity with chat-based communication
- College degree from an accredited university or college
- Experience in sales roles related to debt settlement or financial services
