      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a live chat environment
      - Excellent data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 45-55 wpm
      - Strong written and oral communication skills with a high attention to grammar and punctuation
      - Ability to multitask effectively while providing quality customer service in a high-volume environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in retail sales, preferably in an ecommerce environment
      - Familiarity with client relationship management tools, such as Salesforce
      - Proven ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
      - Positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude towards customer interactions
      - Dependable with a history of good attendance and punctuality
