What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategic and tactical sales plans to drive product growth in assigned territory
- Conduct sales activities, including presentations, focus groups, and new product launches
- Represent and promote the value proposition of the employer at all levels within accounts and in the industry
- Provide market intelligence and account sales position details as requested
- Coordinate with colleagues and distribution sales team to develop alliances and promote overall business growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree, with an emphasis in Life Sciences recommended
- Minimum of 2+ years sales experience in healthcare or life sciences field preferred
- New Business/Hunter type sales background preferred
- Exceptional analytical capability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and influence others to achieve results
- Self-motivated with a bias for action
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities
- Substantiated capability to negotiate and close business
- Evidence of professional presentation skills
- Outstanding follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to accomplish assigned goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences field as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative
