What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls related to child support inquiries and provide accurate information
- Research and resolve customer inquiries while documenting calls appropriately
- Reset personal identification for callers unable to use the self-service options
- Communicate resolution options and inform customers of available services and resources
- Maintain professionalism when managing escalated calls and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume call center or customer service experience
- Proficient in data entry and database documentation
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Must have personal computer equipment that meets specified requirements, including dual monitors

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
