      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and manage pre-litigation and litigation cases, including personal injury and employment law
      - Assist attorneys with drafting, proofreading, filing, and serving legal documents
      - Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case strategies
      - Maintain electronic case files and ensure accurate documentation of case details
      - Support trial preparation by coordinating witness testimony and assembling trial binders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with practice management software
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
