- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
- Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Verify insurance eligibility and process referrals
- Manage incoming calls and route messages appropriately
- Communicate with providers and referral offices
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years of healthcare experience (call center experience a plus)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling systems
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment
