      Position Purpose:

      Serves as clerical support to the contract processes.
      Essential Responsibilities:
      • Accurately enters data (key/type) into applicable systems.
      • Faxes effectuation notices and files the confirmations in the electronic case folders.
      • Logs returned mail and researches the applicable system for the correct address.
      • May email electronic notices of hearing (eNOH) or other notices.
      • May retrieve and deliver mail from and to the mailroom.
      • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
      Minimum Qualifications

      Education
      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      Experience
      • Six (6) months of work experience
        • College education or technical training in business related areas may be substituted for experience on a month per month basis. (Education requirements may be satisfied by full-time education or the prorated part-time equivalent.)
      • Medicare Part C related appeals activities, preferred.
      • Resided in the United States for a minimum of three (3) years out of the last five (5) years? (Per Contract Requirement)
