- Strategic Account Leadership: Execute and lead innovative account strategies, ensuring retention, growth, and overall account success.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure that our sales efforts consistently provide exceptional value to our clients, in alignment with Xerox's latest advancements. Lead the way linking new services, solutions, and Xerox innovations to client business objectives.
- Reporting Proficiency: Provide monthly forecasts and detailed account-related reporting for the Sales Manager and Account Teams. Maintain real-time updates of all sales-related activities in the CRM system with 100% accuracy.
- Contract Command: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expertly manage contracts, igniting account revenue growth.
- Sales Process Excellence and Expertise: Lead the way linking new services, solutions, and Xerox innovations to client business objectives.
- Education and Experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a commitment to ongoing learning and contributing to clients' digital transformation journeys.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets while demonstrating enterprise-level acumen.
- Sales Leadership and Business Acumen
- Personal drive, internal motivation, and the ability to approach challenges with confidence, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure, ensuring high achievement and continuous success.
- Communication and Relationship Building
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities for engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, leveraging assertiveness, persistence, keen listening skills, and exceptional customer engagement to build lasting client relationships.
- Innovative Thinking and Technical Expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making and effective sales execution.
- Organizational and Planning Skills
- Ability to approach challenges with confidence, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure, ensuring high achievement and continuous success.

- Demonstrated enterprise-level acumen with a deep understanding of B2B sales strategies and client needs.
