- Handle incoming sales-related calls to book inspections and provide professional assistance
- Provide quotes, schedule inspections, and respond to inquiries via various communication channels

- Educate clients and real estate agents on inspection services and options
- Actively upsell ancillary services to enhance scheduled inspections
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficient phone skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working remotely within a distributed team
- Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and customer service software
- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience
