      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop tailored sales strategies for each Enterprise client and execute them with cross-functional partners
      - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
      - Lead a differentiated customer experience that encourages client retention and growth
      - Consult on T-Mobile product capabilities to align with client business goals
      - Manage complex contract negotiations and close high-value deals with enterprise clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - 5+ years of experience selling to Enterprise clients (3K+ employees)
      - 7+ years of business sales experience with a track record in acquisition sales and opportunity closure within an enterprise customer base
      - Deep understanding of technology and business strategies to effectively tailor solutions for clients
      - Proven ability in account management and customer relationship management

      - Experience in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales
      - Strong networking skills with a successful track record in leveraging connections
      - Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders at all organizational levels
      - Demonstrated success in business development and forging strategic partnerships
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
