What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate daily operations and relationships between clients, brokers, and vendors
- Analyze monthly data to identify cost drivers related to drug utilization and monitor claims data
- Develop and deliver quarterly performance reviews and strategic evaluations
- Educate pharmacy consulting practice departments on clinical updates and industry trends
- Serve as a clinical resource for client and broker decision support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate of pharmacy degree
- Active licensure as a pharmacist
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and understand statistical report data
- Willingness to travel onsite to clients and prospects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience or understanding of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry is preferred but not required
