      Your Role at Baxter

      As a Clinical Enterprise Account Manager, reporting to the Head of Clinical Informatics, you will support the Enterprise Corporate Accounts team initiatives and will span across Baxter Global Business Units offerings. You will also be responsible for pre-sale and post-implementation clinical presentations of Baxter solutions to customers and internal teams. Additionally, you will support the Directors of Strategic Solutions and National Account Directors in their development and deployment of strategic master plans within assigned IDNs and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO). This role requires a technical and informatics focus where you will collaborate frequently with GBU support teams (technical, clinical, and marketing).

      • Home Base/Territory: Midwest, Central or Northeast, US

      • Up to 50% travel, overnight as needed.

      What You’ll Be Doing:

      • Continually meet with CNE, CNIO, CNO, CPSE, and clinical leaders of assigned Division and Corporate levels of an IDN to develop relationships as the “clinical trusted advisor” by understanding their needs and how it relates to corporate and technical requirements.

      • Leverage the C-Suite to obtain approvals on standardization and proactively address potential issues for a speedy resolution to contain issues at the local level and prevent rise to Corporate.

      • Capable of detailing all product Lines and Services in a fashion that delivers a clinical value proposition with maximum impact within a C-suite environment.

      • Capable of articulating financial assessment derived from the unique attributes of a resulting solution offering. Drive data analysis pre- and post-technology deployments to meet customer objectives.

      • Identifies performance improvement targets, tracks, and measures changes for the overall improvement of a clinical workflow of interest.

      • The quality of work is consistently high, always maintains peak performance, sustains a high achievement level, and maintains an unusually high output.

      • Ability to identify the data set required to assess the impact of a solution, design the collection methodology, selection of variables, and creation of algorithms to monitor the performance of a final solution.

      What you'll bring

      • Bachelor Degree in Nursing with valid RN License required, Master’s degree preferred

      • 5+ years of experience in clinical sales, clinical informatics or nursing.

      • Healthcare or Medical Device Industry required.

      • Proven results in executive suite Sales or consulting

      • Strong understanding of industry and demonstrated knowledge/capabilities in the areas of clinical operations, financial analysis, business administration, legal and ethical practices, marketing, and sales.

      • Need to be able to understand high-level system architecture and design and logical data flow to downstream devices for client configurations.

      • Bring strong creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous conceptual ideas (business needs and user goals) into concrete solutions.

      • Must have a working knowledge of clinical data and workflows.

      • Develop and cultivate a lasting business relationship with client stakeholders.

      • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead in a complex clinical environment.

      • Consultative and results oriented approach.

      • Excellent planning, organizing and leadership skills.

      • Excellent verbal, written and executive presentation skills.

      • Strong customer orientation

      • Demonstrated ability to facilitate change.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 to $198,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive.
