What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide surgical coverage and support for Pelvic Health product implants, ensuring all necessary equipment and products are available
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical aspects of products and therapies through various formats, including seminars and one-on-one sessions
- Maintain knowledge of assigned and competitive products to proactively identify client needs
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees in the district
- Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures, contributing to project milestones at regional and national levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience; or Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience; or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and sales team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
- Familiarity with clinical applications related to medical devices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Clinical experience with implantable Neuromodulation products
- Experience in training medical personnel on product use
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to coach others on clinical applications
- Previous experience working with a medical device or pharmaceutical company
