What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first-line support for dental practices via text, phone, and email
- Handle order inquiries, billing questions, and provide general account support
- Track and resolve support tickets using the helpdesk solution
- Manage lab fulfillment questions and coordinate with lab partners
- Troubleshoot basic software and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the dental industry, either in a practice or dental lab
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with intraoral scanning technology
- Experience in creating support documentation
- Strong attention to detail and a technical problem-solving mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with multiple software systems and a quick learning ability for new tools
- Extreme customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
