What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process
- Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and necessary third parties to gather information for settlement
- Ensure the settlement process remains organized and maintain communication with involved parties
- Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers
- Leverage customer service skills and knowledge of title and real estate to guide clients and agents through the process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Title and Escrow industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service background with knowledge of title and/or real estate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Qualia and Microsoft 365 software
