What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process
- Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and necessary third parties to gather information for settlement
- Ensure organization of the settlement process and maintain communication with involved parties
- Provide quotes and explanations regarding the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers
- Utilize customer service skills and real estate knowledge to guide clients and agents through the process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Title and Escrow industry, particularly in a customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service background and knowledge of title and/or real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with Qualia and Microsoft 365 software
