What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process
- Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties to gather necessary information for settlement
- Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers
- Deliver exceptional customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process
- Engage in creative problem-solving to address challenges and maintain client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service background with title or real estate experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of professional office experience in a client-facing position
- Knowledge of Qualia and Tableau
