What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements for real estate settlements, including various fees and charges
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders to balance Closing Disclosures and obtain necessary loan documents
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with lenders
- Ensure accuracy of loan documents in relation to title documents
- Balance financial records to ensure all funds match precisely
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of title insurance experience, specifically in creating Closing Disclosures or HUD-1 Settlement Statements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude
- Proficiency with numbers and ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies
- Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various title insurance and settlement software
- Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance standards
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and programs
