What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for receipts and disbursements of borrowers' and lenders' funds
- Manage booking incoming wires to appropriate files
- Review the accuracy of all outgoing wires before approval to release funds
- Communicate with lender, vendor, or notary regarding scheduling issues
- Assist closing team lead with signing-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mortgage experience highly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exclusive experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced financial or mortgage environment
- Familiarity with banking procedures and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
