What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and implement proactive sales strategies to increase demand for products
- Conduct at least 5 live demonstrations, presentations, or CEU classes each month
- Maintain and establish relationships through 6-12 face-to-face meetings or distributor visits monthly
- Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform pricing and sales strategies
- Coordinate communications between customers and internal teams to ensure timely solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and ten (10) years of face-to-face sales experience in the industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective public speaking skills for large groups
- Ability to lift heavy objects above head with minimal assistance
- Basic knowledge of assembly tools and assembly procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Five years of sales experience in a related field
