      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve complex accounts and act as a subject matter resource for account resolution workflows
      - Confirm the accuracy and completeness of coding to ensure compliant claims are sent to payers
      - Identify areas for performance improvement and drive change in workflows and processes
      - Perform quality validation of information and provide continuous education to the team
      - Assist supervisors with escalated issues and coach team members on challenging accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
      - Minimum of five (5) years coding experience required
      - Minimum of five (5) years specialty coding required
      - Minimum of two (2) years of revenue cycle experience in a large healthcare system required
      - Certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), CPC, or CCS certification required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One to two (1-2) years of college or additional coursework in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Medical Record Sciences
      - Additional specialty coding certification or 10 years coding experience
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Proficiency in ICD-10 CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding
      - Ability to recognize patterns and trends to support root-cause analysis
